from 39 reviewsThis is a pretty dog leash! The neoprene handle is soft to hold and I think I would really like that if I was using it for a large dog. My mini schnauzers do not pull enough to require that level of padding, but we plan to keep this leash in our vehicle as we seem to come across stray dogs that need caught, and they can be big and pullers. I feel confident in the quality of the leash and hardware to be able to hold the next time we catch a big dog, as well as if we need it for our dogs as well.
The leash is made well. Soft grip. I had a little bit of trouble controlling my chubby dog but that is my fault.
This came exactly as described and pictured. The stitching was perfect and the thick fabric making it durable against an eager dog known to pull in greetings. I love the swivel clasp allowing the leash not to be tangled. This leash is not light and very sturdy against 2 large dogs. Very easy to clean against mud. Would highly recommend.
I have a bernese mountain dog and so I need leashes that are heavy duty. This leash does the trick. Its soft on my hands while maintaining strength around the clip and body of the leash. I do wish it was a little bit thicker but overall it has not frayed or teared.
This is a good solid leash. Wanted something to replace a similar leash that our new dog tried to chew through. The reflective stitching is very bright at night.
Works great for my medium to large dog. It’s a thick and good quality material. Easy to hold and to put on. Overall a good standard leash.
This is one of the best leashes I've had. I really like leashes when they have the padding in the hand area. I've had one where the padding went all the way down too - that was good - but it got a bit ratty after time. This one is only padded up top and should hold up well! I like the black/white reflective thread and the gunmetal chrome hardware. I also like the d-ring up by the handle to hold the poop bags - no more hooking it around the handle where I hold onto. I think the leash is just the right length for my 110lb dog as well. We do use a locking carabiner between his leash and the main clasp; that fits perfectly on this leash. So for me, this is one of the best I've used.
High quality leash that seems sturdy. My dog isn't full-grown yet, but this looks like it will be up to the challenge.
The leash is very well made. The handle has a little cushion. The D-rings and clip are finished in a gunmetal chrome and looks great against the green belt. All seams are stitched very. The reflective stiches work well for night walks.
The reflective thread is only on one side. The handle is lined with soft felt which is nice. Sturdy hooks and latch. Quality fabric. My pup goes through these rather quickly so it's nice to have a good one.
I needed a new leash for our 5+ months old puppy because he's chewed through 2 good ones in the 4 months we have had him. He is going through his teething phase, and it's been a tough ride. The quality of this leash exceeded my expectations. From the get-go, you can see it's well-crafted with top-notch materials. It is a standard 5ft long leash made from thick nylon webbing with a reflective lining. The leash handle loop has comfortable padding and a convenient D-ring for attaching accessories like a poop bag dispenser. The leash clasp is heavy duty and feels sturdy and durable. It has a spring-loaded self-locking mechanism that I haven't really seen in other leashes. It is a nice touch, though working it one-handed takes a bit of getting used to. But that along with the 360-swivel design ensures the clasp stays secured no matter what the puppy does.Overall, considering the quality and the price, I think this is a great deal.
This latest rescue we have is a boy dog, but the last 15 years or so we've had nothing but girl rescue's. So I woke up one day while on a walk and decided I needed to make a change from my pink sparkly leash. Too Barbiecore for my boi. I saw this and figured why not give it a try? I like the earthy green color. The attachment in more of a lanyard style, so it's really secure compared to the old claw clasps I had. You have to figure out how to turn and snap it, but it's not hard once you're fiddling around with it. It turns easily but you have to be hands on. It wouldn't come disattached by mistake, which is good for some dogs. Our new 14 year old is not going far, but if he were in his springer spaniel youth, that might not have been the case. I'm impressed with the quality of the leash, too. Not something that's going to fray. Usual leash design otherwise in terms of the loop you put around your wrist rather than just hold in your hand if you're dealing with a dog who wants to run or walking in a crowded place where you want to keep him safely away from other dogs/people. I like it and am glad I ordered. A+
Got this for my puppy gsd and he has loved it but learned quickly that isn’t not for chewers, other then that I do highly recommend
I have to say, the SATSUN Dog Harness for Large Dogs in Army Green XL is absolutely amazing. My pup can't slip through it, even if he tries! The no-pull design, along with the two adjustable points and leash clip, make walks and training sessions a breeze. Plus, the reflective material adds safety during nighttime walks. The easy control handle is a bonus for added security. Overall, this harness ticks all the boxes for me! 10/10 highly recommend
I love this harness for my dog! He also seems pretty happy with it.We got a large, and he is typically between a medium and large in dog things. The belly portion fits him very well, but the chest is a little loose but not horribly so--I just wish I could get it a smidge tighter. I also really love the color and reflection!
